I have physio session with Rathish Manickam for months now. His sessions and also his tips on exercises, which one can easily do at home, helped me to improve the movement of my shoulder. I especially like the fact that he listens to your feedback on what still seems to be the problem and addresses it during the sessions and gives you the opportunity to really work together to improve the problem.
