Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist
Hiten qualified from Brunel University London in 2010 with a BSc (hons) in Physiotherapy. Since then he has gained a wealth of knowledge and skills working in a variety of settings in the UK. In the early stages of his career Hiten worked with the National Health Service (NHS) in a teaching hospital as a Junior Physiotherapist. This role allowed him to ground fundamental skills for his professional development.
He later progressed working in professional sport as an Academy Physiotherapist with Queens Park Rangers FC for three and a half years. Hiten worked with elite level athletes gaining skills in rehabilitation and prevention of sports injuries. Further to this, Hiten also worked with a private practice in Hertfordshire, assessing and treating patients from sedentary to sporting backgrounds for a variety of musculoskeletal (MSK) pathologies.
In his most recent role, Hiten was appointed as a Clinical Team Lead Physiotherapist within the NHS in London. Here he managed a team of clinical staff alongside his own caseload of patients. He provided treatment and education to patients and staff with his passion for evidence base practice. Hiten has the skills, knowledge and experience to treat all MSK conditions using a holistic approach, specialising in sports injury rehabilitation and prevention, as well as persistent (chronic) MSK disorders. He has a special interest in lower back pain and lower limb tendinopathy.
Hiten enjoys watching sport particularly football and cricket. He enjoys keeping fit and active by hiking, playing football and going to the gym. He is also passionate about travelling and culture.
